For suppliers
Become a dropshipping supplier
If you make or stock products and want to become a dropshipping supplier without paying commission, NextLife lists your catalogue free and sends you only orders the customer has already confirmed.
Where we are. We are verifying our first suppliers now. The catalogue opens when there is real stock behind every product, so early suppliers shape what sellers see first.
What you get
- Zero commission. Listing is free, forever, and there is no commission. You receive the price you quote, released on delivery, with no invoices to chase and no monthly bill.
- Only confirmed orders. Every order is confirmed with the customer on WhatsApp, with a voice call as a follow-up, before it reaches you. You do not pack parcels for people who never meant to take them.
- Unlimited products. Upload your whole catalogue with a simple category-wise Excel sheet. There is no limit on SKUs.
- Fair placement. Placement is earned by dispatch speed and low RTO, never bought.
How verification works
Sellers trust the catalogue because every supplier has been checked by a person. You go through it once.
- Apply online with your business details, GSTIN and PAN.
- We check your GSTIN on the GST portal and review your PAN and pickup address.
- Licences where your category needs them, such as FSSAI for food or BIS where it is mandatory.
- Samples, sometimes. We may ask to order a sample of a product before it goes live.
- A person reviews it. Manual review takes about two to three working days.
- After approval, you add the bank account your payouts go to, inside your dashboard.
How an order reaches you
A seller sells your product at their own price. The customer confirms on WhatsApp. Only then does the order appear in your dashboard with the delivery address, ready to pack. You dispatch it within the dispatch time on your listing, add the courier and tracking number, and the order is settled when the courier confirms delivery.
The packing-photo rule
Before you can mark an order as dispatched, you add at least one photo of the packed box. A short video is optional.
The photos are private: only you and NextLife can open them. They exist for the day something goes wrong in transit. The courier is responsible for damage and loss, and we file the claim with the courier using your photos as proof of what was in the box. If the courier pays, you are credited the product cost. Without a photo of how it was packed, there is nothing to show the courier.
