Why order confirmation matters on cash on delivery
When a customer pays on delivery, nothing has been committed until the parcel is in their hands. A fake order, a change of mind or a wrong address costs you the shipping to the customer and the shipping back, and it ties up the stock meanwhile. The cheapest place to stop that is before the parcel leaves, with one short conversation.
That is the whole idea here. We do the conversation for you, on every order, and only the orders the customer says yes to reach a supplier.
How it works
- Pick products. Browse the verified catalogue and set your own margin. Shipping, and the return charge if a parcel comes back, is quoted before you list a product.
- Sell your way. Share a shop link on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, or push products straight into your own Shopify store. Run ads anywhere you like.
- We confirm the order. The moment an order lands, the customer gets a WhatsApp message with buttons to confirm, cancel or correct the address, and an offer to pay an advance or go fully prepaid at a better price.
- We follow up. No reply? An automated voice call in Hindi or English tries again. An order nobody confirms is cancelled, not shipped.
- The supplier ships. Only confirmed orders reach the supplier, who packs it, photographs the box and hands it to the courier with a tracking number.
- You are paid on delivery. When the courier confirms delivery, the order is settled and every deduction is itemised in your settlement ledger.
What it costs
No subscription. No listing fee. No charge on a fake order, a cancellation, or a parcel that comes back. Commission is taken from the settlement, only once the customer has the product in hand.

No subscription. No listing fee. No commission on fakes, cancellations, or orders that were never confirmed. Commission is charged only if the order delivers. If a parcel comes back, you pay the shipping both ways, at the courier's charge. Confirmation calls are optional: ₹10 per order, only if the call is answered, charged whatever happens to the order. If an advance-paid order comes back, you keep the customer's forfeited advance and we take our commission (5%) on what is left after the shipping and return charge.

Seller commission rates are agreed before you list and are recorded against every order at the moment it is created. A later rate change never alters an order already placed.
If a parcel is damaged or lost
The courier is responsible for damage and loss in transit, and we file the claim with the courier for you. If a delivered parcel arrives damaged, you raise it from your dashboard with photos and we take it from there.
